SALT DIET??



According to People.com Angelina Jolie had to be in tip-top shape as her role in her latest movie SALT calls for. She plays as Evelyn Salt, a CIA agent in the movie. Her trainer Simon Crane says Jolie ate 5 small meals a day and stuck to the diet of 70% carbohydrates and 30% protein and actually avoided cardio, to put on muscles without losing weight. Jolie avoided junk foods and drink alcohol only on weekends.
With 2 hours session 5 days a week of training, Crane says Angelina knew that she was going to suffer. When she began to shoot, they took the training down a notch by doing four weekly sessions over lunch breaks and altered the SALT diet to 60% carbohydrates and 40% protein.
Anyone wanna try her so called "SALT" diet?
